No clay bar, but that won't help orange peel anyway. OP are the dimples you see in the surface of the paint where the paint has cured with a textured look due to not laying out flat.  The higher solvent content you can have in paint, the flatter you can get it to lay and the less OP effect you'll have.  The US has stringent environmental laws limiting how much solvent paints can have so American cars tend to have more OP than Euro or Japanese cars painted in their respective countries.  Paint companies have been working on alternatives such as water-based paints to try and reduce OP.

If you're willing to risk it like some have, you can minimize the OP in your paint by having a pro wet-sand your finish and re-polish it.  This is risky becuase manufacturers generally only put a very thin layer of clear coat on and it's easy to break through it.  Others have simply recleared the car with a thicker coat and then wet-sanded and polished it to a mirror finish.  I've seen factory paint jobs refinished this way and it's truly a religious experience to witness the results.

SOLD! I just went on line and ordered it. It was likt $100 for the whole kit and S/H but with a black H3 I find myself washing it 2x a week, so anything that can help will be worth it!
