37 tires with stock lift and rims?

The ride height isn't the issue. At the worse, you have to crank you keys to provide a little more clearance, but that's it. You may have rubbing at full lock, but it's a vehicle to vehicle thing. Some people have rubbing, others have nothing. It's russian roulette.
Most if not all 37x12.5" tires will fit. 37.5x13.5 or anything that's 13.5" wide will cause problems, specifically in the rear if you have the air ride suspension.
The more weight you add, the less power you have. Granted, it depends on what you're doing.

^exactly what he said. Some rigs fit 37's just fine while others don't. I know my stock 35 rubbed on the front sway bar on the passenger side. My aftermarket wheels with a 4.5" backspace fixed that though.
