Default VA healthcare qualify for tax credit ?I

I Make payments to the VA for healthcare and was wondering if I can get a tax credit for that .......If so what type of forms will be needed ? Thanks in advanced

You can get a tax "deduction" for medical payments made to providers, through your Schedule A.

A credit is a different animal.

I am no tax guy, but I ma not aware of any credit because you had medical expenses. Possibly the VA can answer that for you?

Thank You for your response Doc . I will take you up on your advise & contact VA. Just wondering about it with this Obama care marketplace insurance. You know me like to save a $$
