H3 4 high and low lock buttons dont work!!

Default H3 4 high and low lock buttons dont work!!
Hey guys just got the H3 and love it but have some issues, when I got to press the button for 4 high lock nothing happends and ive tried everything same thing with 4 low. No flashing lights nothing at all its like they don't even work. Seeing what to do and if its happened to you as well...Thank You
