please help! My H3 was stuck in 4wd and after doing research I replaced the transfer case motor. Eveything was fine the first day and by the second day it had locked itself in 4wd again! do I need to do something else? what else could it be?

 

Research Plastic Shift Fork if it is an 06 or 07. The TSB covers 08's also but I have never heard of one of them having problems.

just curious,i know i could tell if it was lo lock but it must be hi lock.
what do you notice,the tire scuffing?
ive never done it but we hear of it and i just am curious. the previous post about the fork is next huh?

 

ALL HUMMERs are full time 4WD?? You have a hard time turing or ......? Check the actual button located above the radio sometimes they stick.
