Can anyone please tell me if the oem Tactical spare tire cover has two different part numbers? I found the most common 24300245, and also 15817542 which is a lot cheaper price. Are they both the same covers ? Thanks, Bo.

 

It is common for GM part numbers to change. Both of those numbers were good at one time.
The question is which number is still available?

You may find out that one or the other is out of stock and I'll bet it's the cheaper one.
