I believe you can only get those illegal HID "kits' for vehicle headlights (H13 for the H3)
You do realize that you will only have low beam only with those kits, in the headlight?
I have not heard of anyone putting those HID kits in the stock fog light housing.
When i researched those "kits" they only made them to replace headlight bulbs
in stock halogen head lamp housings

The HID kits also are a poor investment. The reflector design of the H3 headlights SUCKS, so HIDs are not going to be as big of an improvement as they are in other vehicles.
Get some super brite white halogen aftermarket head light and fog light replacements for less than $25.00 and smile. Spend the $$ on somethin else.
