I had the same issue. I just took mine to the Buick/GMC dealer in Akron to have the transmission looked at (slight delay in shifting, but they fixed), and they found my radiator to be leaking at the top. I told them it was BS, because I've rarely offroaded it in the past year and it's only 8 mo. out of warranty. They are going to replace it Monday charging me just $200 for labor, GM is picking up the parts because I'm only at 43K miles.

Anyone know who to call about this being a recall? If it's Hummer Direct what is the number? I can't find it online?

After two weeks of buying our 2007 H3, the radiator started leaking. They replaced it under warranty. About a month later, the water pump went. I told them we have cats and I wanted them to come clean my driveway because of all the antifreeze and that I wanted the engine cleaned as well. The cleaned the engine compartment and gave me three free oil changes in return for me spending a saturday morning cleaning my driveway.

If you want people to call, you might want to post the number.

Spoke to a Hummer rep at 1-866-486-6376 and she stated it would be up to my dealer to claim the crack as a "manufactures defect" and it will be cover reguardless of warranty by GM. Spoke to my service manager and he stated he will tell the tech how to write it up to get it covered. Crossing my fingers to see if everything goes well. Hummer DID give me a service number and also sent the number to my dealer to reference the complaint and follow up.

I just noticed the other day i have a slow radiator leak... i can't find any cracks or anything but it seems to be leaking around that metal clamp and plastic (POS!) top.

so did you get it done for free if you showed it was a manufacturer problem? I am calling GM tomorrow to bit@h and see what they will do for me...

If you call Hummer they will ask if you took it to your dealer and what did they say. I ended up paying $100.total for the work, and my dealership handled the rest under warranty. Whatever you do, DO NOT touch anything under the hood to give them a reason to say NO. My service manager told me this would have been around $900-1000 to do the work "out of warranty". Whatever you do call HUMMER and still lodge a complanit.
