Default Oil leak

Ive noticed I've developed a leak under the driver's side of my h3, there's oil everywhere but I believe the leak is originating from under this plate. Can someone tell me what seal I need to be getting? Thanks
Well now Ive seemed to forgotten how to attach a pic on here.... can somebody tell me how to do that first? Thanks

To quote Doc
Instead, set up a free account at a web picture hosting site, like photobucket. Upload your pics there, then copy the direct link or URL of your pic, paste that in the window that pops open when you click the pic icon on the tool bar at the top when posting and you get a full size pic

Links to a private pic account will not work. You have to login to your photo bucket, click on the pic you want to post, from the popup menu select and copy the direct (address) then paste that address into the box that pops up here when you click the pic icon Name: image.gif
Views: 120
Size: 149 Bytes from the tool bar obove and then click OK. That wraps the address for the pic to display here.

You have a leaking CV shaft seal at the front differential.
