Default Larger tires for factory H3X 18" wheels?

Looking for tire recommendations for the 18" wheels on my H3x. Bought vehicle with Dueler 265/65/R18s. I do 99% on-road driving, but would like something semi-rugged looking. Probably all-terrain. Quiet road noise ideal. Something in the 33" range. Thanks much.

Duratracs are really good tires. All around AT performance with a more off road bias than many other AT's. They do better in snow and mud than the BFG T/A does. I got a little over 60k out of mine before I pulled them off, although they weren't yet to the wear bars. I replaced my set with Kelly Safari TSR's and like them even better as they don't trap pea gravel in the treads or squirm in fast corners for the first 10k miles or so. They also have a more open tread and seem to be a little better off road and in mud, but are still the same 2ply sidewall (since they share the same carcass but different tread design). The Duratrac's are fairly quiet, more so than the Kelly's but neither howl like a mud tire.

For your particular driving I would go with the BFG T/A KO2.
Nice sidewall, great on road (no squirm like the duratrac), pretty darn good OffRoad too. Read the reviews on them.

Thanks, fellas. I was reading reviews about the KO2s and some are saying BFG changed the design recently and some people are having problems. Anything to worry about?

don't trap pea gravel in the treads
i replaced my stock 285s with same tires but got new tread design that picks up gravel more than original.
does it do any harm?
do any good to pick it out at times?
i had 63000 on originals

I don't know if trapping gravel is a bad thing in snow and ice, but if it flings out of the tread later it will chip the paint or crack a windshield or sunroof. Experience talking
