Im trying to get some feedback on what the towing capabilities of the I5 are. I've used the search feature but was unable to find exact answers. I'm looking to tow a 20' Grady White center console boat. I think my main concern would be pulling the boat out of the water. Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.

 

If it helps, I tow a 21' Cuddy with no problems. Pulls out of the boat launch with ease as well!!!

Depends on what transmission you have, auto can do 4500#. Although going up a grade does suck a bit.

 

Used mine today for the first time to pull a 2900 pound two horse trailer with a 2400 pound Clydesdale. Gas milage sucked, but it did it with no issues.

F-450 in shop, again..... Seriously hoping it burns to the ground....

 

As stated above, 4500 is the H3's towing capacity in the I5.
