I want to be able to connect a back-up camera to my H3's factory navigation system and be able to see the video on it. How can I do it, if it is possible.

 

Here you go read this below and you decide. I think you will find after doing some research on here and google for the parts to do it will cost you way more than it is worth to keep the original head system for what you end up with. Go to aftermarket system and sell old or keep old to put back in when selling vehicle and keep the good system for the next vehicle. After market has so much to offer and you can keep all your onstar and buzzers with a wiring harness that adapts your h3 to the new system. Like they say it is a pretty simple plug and play to upgrade to good aftermarket. Good Luck.
