To participate in the program, consumers who reside in California and Florida must purchase or lease and take delivery of an eligible vehicle between May 25 – July 5, 2006 and enroll in the OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics service. The diagnostic service is a GM exclusive service that automatically runs hundreds of diagnostic checks on key vehicle operating systems and then sends a monthly e-mail to subscribers about their vehicle

Don't do that! There is too much headache and hassle with it. Just buy a semi truck, and then you can go to the loading rack and get it at wholesale rates. I have no idea how much cheaper it is that way, but it must be somewhat cheaper because the company I work for is making enough money to stay in business and so are the gas stations I deliver to. Besides, you can store the truck with less hassle then you can the storage tanks at the gas station. One truck load is in the ball park of 11,000 gal or so, so you wouldn't have to fill up very often. And you can use the truck for other things too.

say its $2.95 a gallon, when you get a shipment in ends up costing you about $2.30 a gallon. They take the amount straight out of your bank account but overall its obviously pays out. Its usally about $14,000 dollars worth of gas to fill up the main tanks but some places are bigger than others. The only real headache is listening to people complain about how high it is even though you have nothing to do with prices.
