Default Special note on 2006 H2 Fuel bezel and it's removal

Turns out the 2006 H@ has a bezel that is a rotating lock not a pop out, trying to pop the bezel will break the lip!! Turn the entire bezel counter clockwise to remove it.

I was wondering what you used to color in the HUMMER logo on your fuel door? Whatever you used is it holding up well?

Default My fuel door broke

I ordered a new one to install but I am kinda getting use to not having one and it does not look so bad. I need to get a new black fuel fill bucket since mine has a few holes from the old cover. The new one is all black unlike the one that came on the truck was chrome. Not sure if I am putting one back on.

It looks like the picture on page 1 of this post that "HUNNER" posted a picture of a fuel door where he colored in the outline of the "HUMMER" letters on the fuel door. I just got a black fuel door for mine and was just wondering what he used to color in the outline of the letters. I think it looks really nice and would like to do it to mine if possible.

Default Thanks wgwgoldwing!

Just got a new chrome locking fuel door from G-Style to replace my old one which mounted differently. Your pics and instructions are still very helpful after all this time since you posted them. Thank you, WGW!
