Default Fender flares

Any body running aftermarket fender flares?? I am looking at the Bushwhacker flares because my new wheels are an inch wider and the tires are 13inches wide.

You have 4 options, well on 3 for aftermarket

E&G Classic
EGR
Bush Wacker
and of coarse OEM

The E&G's are available with or with out mud flaps. I personally like the looks of the OEM fender flares because the color and texture matches the H3 perfect. The Bush Wackers are the closest to the OEM with the rears being a 3 piece design were the E&G's are a 2 piece design.

If you offroad at all, don't get the E&G flares unless you plan to trim the inside of them. They are very bad about retaining mud and packed sand because they have a large lip inside of them. Also, if you're running large tires (35's), they rub and scrape really bad in off camber.

And they scrape when you climb up sandy hills!

I had aftermarket flares on my truck I loved the look but once I put on 315 tires they would rub very bad I dont recommend it if you have a larger tire. Needless to say my flares came off.

Here the h3 comes with OEM flares i need to get larger one as my tyre still stick out about 2".
As for the rubbing It is not so much the flares but the mud flap and the sway bar

It is not that bad but if that concerns you lift it and the rubbing goes away
