Question coolant flushing kits-good or bad?

I want, and need, to change out the coolant in my 2007 H3. What are the good or bad points on flushing kits? Are they better then just draining? Even if I do use a flushing kit I still would use a radiator flushing solvent and running the engine to running temp and such. Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated!

I prefer a coolant flush by a professional. Some things are just done better by a pro than a DIY because of available equipment. Make sure they use a coolant flush machine. Doing it this way removes almost all of the old coolant. Still use your cleaning solvent and coolant. Unless you can empty the block, radiator and heater core there will still be plenty of old coolant remaining. Using 60% Dexcool (not premixed) and 40% deionized water results in a factory coolant.
