broken key fob
The ring yoke broke on my OEM key fob. I'm guessing this happens often, as the thing plastic wears down. Is the only fix to buy a new one from GM? Does the dealer have to program it to match my H3?
What can I expect this to cost me?

NO, you can get replacement cases online, ebay, etc. for about $8.
Just open up your present case, remove the board and place it into the new case.

Thanks for the inputs. I was at the parts store today getting some windshield wipers and just decided to ask the guy if they sold fob cases. They do! It looks like all the chain stores carry the Dorman #13643 for ~$14.
