Default Broken drive shaft?

Has anyone else had this probelm. I have had my truck for a little over a year, and had 2 broken drive shafts. I asked why it keeps breaking at the dealership and they tell me that they are not sure. Is it something I am doing? Or is there a design probelm?

Never heard of it happening at all to be quite honest, at least not on H3's .. let alone TWICE in one year ... where does it break?!

I have no clue what it even is to be honest. I just keep hearing this clicking noise as I speed up from a stop. So I called the dealership, and the guy who works there said right away... "Oh it's the driveshaft" So I have taken it in 2 times and they fixed it. Yesterday they fixed it again, and he said it happens a lot, and that Hummer is on their 3rd redesign, and I have the newest edition of drive shaft in there now.

Your vehicle would not move with a broken drive shaft. And if you hit the gas, you would hear much more than a clicking noise. Are you sure it is not a CV shaft. It is possible that you have a bad cv joint on the front axle of a bad u-joint on the drive shaft. That will cause clicking. A broken drive shaft will cause carnage.

OK see that is what I thought. That is why I questioned my own knowledge about a car. I was always under the impression that a broken drive shaft would be very bad. But I drove for like a month with that noise. But this guy at the dealership keeps saying broken drive shaft. Hmmmm? I am going down stairs right now to check to see what they wrote on the repair receipt.

Ok the repair receipt says that it is a front propshaft joint at the transfer case. It says that it is worn out. It says they replaced the front propshaft assembly. So... WTF is that.
