Default AC control **** problem

Hi guys, I need help. The AC of my Hummer H3 3.7 is working well but when I push the button of the control **** to switch off the Air Conditioning, the light turns off but the Air Conditioning continues to work. Then to turn off the AC the only way I have is to put the control **** on position 0. Any idea? What should I do? Change the control ****? The relay?

Thanks

First thing to try is a basic reset, after that . . .

Is your recirculating button/light off in mine if the A/C button/light are off but the recirculating light/button are on the A/C still works Idk why but for it to b off off with just the blower working both of those have to be off good luck I'll try the procedure above as on mine the temperature dial it's not working if I go to all the way cold it's cold but if I move it just one little click over to the hot it goes all the way to hot there is no actual temp mix control
