Default wiper/blower mtr. problem

I have an of h2t and when i have the wipers on intermitant, every 3-5 times the wipers swipe the fan blower stops till the wipers go back to the rest position. ive had it back to hummer 4 times now and they cant fix it. They reflashed the hvac system, the tried a wiper motor circuit board, they unhooked my factory installed dvd system thinking that might have something to do with it? Im leaning towards either the multifunction switch witch controls the wipers or posibly the wiper relay is breaking down. If anyone has any info i would greatly appreciate it. Steve

Might be a capacitor in the wiper circuit that is fried and causing a short circuit from time to time.

My wiper motor finally gave out. It became intermittant. $500 later the wipers work. The dealer knew about the blower problem. They were going to install a capacitor in the circuit. $10 for the part, $90 for the labor to install it. They didn't have a capacitor, so I'll have it done the next time it is in for service.
