2004 H2 loading problem Diablo i3
I have a 2004 H2 and I'm trying to load Diablo i3. I goes through the scan and reading after that it reads failed read. I pulled the fuses SEO B1, INFO, RADIO, RADIO AMP AND SEO IGN. I talked to the dealer that I bought from and he states the it may have an HP tune but is unlocked any suggestions.

Does your truck have an aftermarket radio or any other aftermarket electronics?
I have the Diablo Sport in my 08 and this is the first I've heard that a HPTuners tune would stop the Diablo from reading or writing to the ECM, not saying its not true just that its the first I heard of it.
The other item that can cause issues is the onstar if your truck is equipped with it also pulling the fuse may not do the trick if they are causing communication issues the part will need to be unplugged.
If it is the tune then the only thing to fix it would be to have it flashed with the stock tune then try the Diablo again.

So after looking through some posts over at the Diablo site they say the i3 will read the HP Tuners file but will not modify it.
If read fails then it is most likely something else,
One other thing is if it is a HP Tuners file and if it is locked then the Diablo will not read it.

On a GMC truck I had, it had a remote start (dont remember the brand) but as long as it was connected the Intune would not communicate. I also ran into that on an LS swapped vehicle that had some Dakota Digital stuff (gauges, etc) that the Intune would not work until the Dakota stuff was unplugged. On both the Intune would connect and all but would fail on read or write operations unless the other things were disconnected (or their fuses pulled) so that they were not communicating on the serial bus.
