I have an 04 H2 and was wondering what was the best route to go for replacing the stock roof marker lights. Websites would be helpful. Are they easy to install?

My end lights went out 2 days ago, my centers are getting dim so i was going to replace all the lights.....................

I called the the dealer to find out how to replace the 3 front and rear clearance lights,

they are wired with connecters Push-lock and are easy to install, BUT

There parts department says there (Get This) $151.26 a piece for the yellow fronts and $161.48 for the red rears.........Each

somthing wrong here!!!!!

The 4 corner lights are bulbs are part # 1194 at $4.50 each come off with a phillips screw-driver, I replaced these yesterday, bought at auto-zone.

Signal stat has new LED lights that look like ours with Different mounts and hookups, there lights are $8.99+ mount $4.00+$1.99 for there wiring assby...Lifetime Warrenty

I may have to redo, the clearnce hummer lights becuase im not into those prices, ill just use clear silacone to seal the lights...........

The clerance lights come to find out are replacable bulbs:

there are clips on the end were there is a notch, you need to run a plastic knife around the rubber on the light, then push at the notch and the clearnce light will come off.

one end of the light has a hook and the other has a spring clip, after removeing light disconnect base from bulb holder and replace the #1194 bulb,

put a small amount of clear silacone on the rubber so you wont have any water leaks and snap it back in place.........

I felt kinda stupid, after they did one for me but, oh well...........

I had a marker light go out on my 03 H2 and found no info on changing them. went to the dealer and they said I had to remove the head liner, they wanted a minimum of 60.00 to change one bulb . Did some more research and found it to be easier than blowing your nose on a windy day. Was going to post a video but couldn't find any way to. Just slide a flat piece of hard plastic under the end of the light housing and you should feel the clip release and just pull up gently. amazing how simple, there is a clip on one end and a hook on the other. If you tilt it up a little you can see which end has the clip on it. Mine were towards the driver side. So this tip should be worth a lot . lol Have a great day.
