Casting might be the way, but well beyond CNC I would say, spark-eroding maybe, specialist stuff.

These I made on a Form2 Laser STL 0.0001" resolution from Tough Resin3 (Delrin indeed would be better) and they do work, can't be any worse that they were, i.e. broken to bits!

So the main OD is 25.75mm or 1.0140" for Americans, about the same size as a Quarter which is 0.955" DIA. The inner race has 61 teeth 40thou tall.

As you can tell I've tried really hard to solve this issue and I have a pair that run at full-speed but I've not actually driven a mirror yet.

At the moment I'm working on the motor-casing plastic moulding which also breaks as does the little seesaw arm, I might do another video on this if I can get a working solution.
