Yes, I believe you hold the check mark on the steering wheel when the oil % is shown then it will reset too 100%. At least on my 2006 it works that way.

Turn the key to on(do not start vehicle) depress the gas pedal 5 time with in 3 seconds the oil life will reset.

Not to contradict you DTS62284, but you got it a little backwards--- Manual says depress the gas pedal all the way to the floor 3 times in 5 seconds--- just sayin' to square southernH2 up... it's all good--- I only know this 'cause I was reading my manual yesterday and came across it.... just purchased my '03 this past Saturday and am about to do my first oil change on it this coming Saturday... If anyone can tell me, am I only looking at having to remove the skid plate to be able to get to everything??? Thanks y'all, Chris

Yes the pedel depress method will do the trick. A word to the wise though, you may have to try it several times. Sometimes, depending on the vehicle, it just doesn't seem to want to reset on the first couple tries.

skid plate can stay on for just oil and filter. However it's a little difficult to lube all the fittings with the plate inplace
