Default Off-Road lights

Hello all,

Newbee with a 03 H2.
The Off Road lights do not work. The switch with the LED indicator also does not indicate when in the on position.
Fuse is good.
Any ideas appreciated!

Also, Is there anywhere I can find a diagram of a H2 wiring harness?

Thanks!

Are your lights on the roof or on the brush guard? Mine are on the brush guard and one of my lights weren't plugged in and neither one worked and the light on the switch was out to. Hopefully yours is that simple too.

Mine are located on the brushguard too.
I verified both were plugged in and the bulbs are good. Still no power to them.

The fuse is good.

There must be a relay somewhere but where?? The Fuse block shows a fog light relay but not a relay for off road lights.

Any idea where this is?

Thanks for the ideas.

Not sure I found the real problem or not...
While looking under the dash to try finding wiring for a trailer brake controller I noticed a connector dangling, unplugged.
I removed the cover of the connector block to the left of the brake pedal.
There were a few spots that would accept the plug but only one vacant location had the color BRN marked. The plug being brown I gave it a go. Lights now work. The only other brown plug was also in a socket labeled BRN.

They work but not exactly as described in the manual. It says the vehicle must also be in gear. With that plug in that socket it works in gear, in park and when not running via the relay I now see under the dash.

BUT.... the socket marked BRN is also marked "Trailer Brake Wiring".

There is no mention of trailer brake wiring in the manual.
Anyone know what this socket is for. (top row 2nd from the left)

Thanks !
