I put my H2 for sale in the area to see if anyone would bite. i put it up for $23,500 non-negotiable since I dont have to sell it. I am PCSing to the east coast and thought it would be nice to not have to ship it. Long story short, guy hit me up and wants it for asking price. Now I think I low balled myself. Give me your opinions, you won't hurt my feelings.

The truck looks great!!! Your front parking lights, are those covers, new lenses, film, or are they painted? I have been searching for a while now trying to find covers or new lenses.

Go to autozone and get yourself some lense tint. It's right next to all the spray paint cans. In fact it is in a spray paint can. Use light coats until desired tint is achieved. I did it to all my lenses. Tape off any sections you want clear ie: Reverse. Good luck, glad to help. that is what this forum is all about.

H2's in my area are going for $19-20K for that year regardless of mileage and in good condition. It's obvious you love your truck and take good care of it, that makes it have a higher emotional value that may or may not be reflected in the final sale price. In your case, I would have bought your H2 for that price. You may have lowballed yourself a grand or two, but for a quick and certain sale it's a good price. If you had time and wanted to haggle over price (and maybe have it go that low anyway in the deal) you could have tried to ask for a higher sale price but things like the Royal Purple, synthetic fluids, tinted lenses, rhino lining, new wipers/plugs/etc. and filter won't add to the value. The things like brakes, alignment, overall cleanliness and recent service are items that are expected to be in good condition anyway. The things that add to the value are the hard parts like rear tire carrier, lift kit, wheels/tires and maybe the HID lights/accessories. Start at Blue Book and add $1000 for the condition and cool factor, another $2000-2500 for the wheels/tires and lift kit and maybe $750 for lighting and other accessories comes out to about a $4000-4500 premium over a regular $20k H2 in my area so I don't think you lowballed yourself too much in the end IMHO.

i piad 17k for my 03 w/ 66k miles everything stock.

i have put in maybe about 5 or 6k into itso far, but thats all parts cost.. i did all the labor.

personally if you got 23k for your 03, i think it is a good deal.
