Choose whatever brand you want. LED's are LED's in my book.

That's my argument with name brand LED bars vs generic china LED bars. All the parts are bought from China and just assembled here.

I bought SMDs off ebay.
Some have died (mostly the ones in the doors). Everything else is going strong. They were pennies on the dollar compared to amazon. If you end up buying more than you need, they'll come in handy as they do die at times.

I used a kit from Putco. It wasn't cheap but they came with a lifetime warranty.

I got these - no issues so far
Amazon.com: SUPER WHITE 12 Light Bulbs LED SMD Interior Package - Hummer H2 2003-2009: Automotive Amazon.com: SUPER WHITE 12 Light Bulbs LED SMD Interior Package - Hummer H2 2003-2009: Automotive

BE AWARE that theater dimming (when you close the doors) wont happen when you go LED. Well it does but much quicker as these aren't bulbs.
However, when I open the doors at night, the inside of my truck looks awesome. So bright and crisp

Agreed. You can usually buy an entire package of the cheaper ones for the price of a pair of "name brand" and have extras on hand in case one starts flickering or goes out. I've never had an issue with any of mine over the years.

Ebay and amazon mostly.

Go to www.Silvania.com to see the bulb numbers, the auto bulb guide should tell you most of them.

The vast majority of the interior bulbs are 168 type bulbs with the exception of the dome lights, those are a festoon led.
