I bent my stock runningboards or sidesteps whatever you want to call them today and they are bent forward. What do I need to do to fix them and fix them fast and cheap.

you can try to pull them backward.... but it's not going to be pretty.

I know people have tied them to a post and driven slowly in the direction they need adjustment.

I'm probably going to take them off for awhile and fix them, I'll probably hammer them back somehow. I already tried to take them off but some of them are stuck and it's hard to get to them when there is a price of metal in the way.

And on top of this when I was lying down to look under the H2 my IPhone fell out of my pocket and the screen cracked. I'll see if Verizon will replace it.

Many people have just taken them off. You may be able to pick up a set very cheap.

Man you are having a ruff time as of late...I'm sure if you remove the damaged one, heat up bent parts with a torch you will have no problem bending them back so they look almost perfect. Good luck!

I have to keep them on because I have a lot of shorter people that can't get in without the Running Boards.

I'm probably just going to go down to a hardware store and buy all the tools I need to bend them back.

Thanks guys.

Thumbs up

I got them to where the wheel doesn't rub them when I turn. I just took them off and took a hammer to them. On Tuesday I'll take them off and repaint them.
