HELP! Stereo Q's
I have an 06 H2 with Bose premium sound. Touch screen nav single disk changer.
Today I started up and the stereo displays the clock for several seconds and shuts down. No other buttons besides power are responsive.
The cd motor is working and checking the disk and the screen displays the clock in lower right corner (as if the unit is turned off when driving) but no other functions.
Any ideas??

hopefully resolved...
I read on several posts about disconnecting the battery and letting the computer reset itself. I did that and it worked. one word of caution, as you are disconnecting the bat leads, the fluctuation in current causes the passlock to kick in - disabling the engine, preventing the key from being removed from ignition among other things. Be aware, time with the bat disconnected will fix both issues. if anything else arises, ill post!
Thanks

My 03 had the same issue with the factory unit, I was able to reset it using the previously indicated method once, but it happened a second time and that was its last breath.
