LOL yeah I'm the same. I love lights! I did finally get them installed. I like them much more than the TrukLites I had. The lows throw out a light which covers everything unlike most LED headlights which have hot spots. The highs are decent but the lows are what I was shooting for.

The DRL strips on the top and bottom of each headlight is a nice touch also. I wired them into the power for my LED DRL's so those little strips are on all the time with the DRL's.

Default LED Headlights

Thanks for all your input on this subject! I ordered a set of the headlights today. Excited to receive them! Did you have to make the hole in the rear of the housing a lot larger? Just wondering how much I am going to have to remove. Thanks again!!!

Yes the hole has to be widened a significant amount. I went slow to try and make it as close as I could but it took so much time. Honestly just get a good rasp bit and start chewing the plastic away. Check the fit from time to time. You will have to chew out a small circle toward the bottom of each bucket to give the wiring more room.

Thanks again! I don't suppose you took any pictures of the headlight replacement including the housing mods? I just thought I would ask before I start cutting. No big deal if not! Thanks again for all of your assistance on helping us all update our H2!

I'm in the same situation but I'm an H3 Owner ... So far these look really nice. Comments anyone? Thanks.

When you installed your LED's did you remove your Brush Guard at all? I am thinking of painting my grill while I am at it. Any concerns if so? I just see they bolt to the hood hinges so was curious. Thanks!

Which LEDs are you talking about? Headlights then yes I had to remove my brushguard to get the chrome grill off to access the headlight assemblies.

Removed the brush guard, the grill, and the headlight buckets tonight. Plan to modify the buckets tomorrow, plasti-dip the grill, and splice into the drl's for the headlights. I really appreciate all the help you provided on this! Much thanks!!!
