H2 Hummer AC / Heat only work on full max speed settings.

If we I place it on any other setting it doesn't work at all. Does any one know or have any idea what is going on?

You need a new blower motor resistor.

It is what sends the motor a voltage less than 12-14v when you have it set to less than the max setting.

So when they go bad you loose all the other fans speeds except max.
