Default Gas tank question

Anyone put a second gas tank on your H2? Or does anyone know of a larger gas tank that fits in place of the stock one?

Basically I just want a larger driving range without having to stop at the gas station every 300-350 miles.

Thanks

Ross

I have an 85L gas tank horizontally on the tow hitch direction. You will have to move the exhaust to the right though, and if you have air suspension, you will have to move the compressor too.

Cashville: That is exactly what I was considering! Can you explain how it connects? I am assuming it is a second tank in addition to the factory 32 gallon one. Do you like it? Any problems?

Thanks

That one is not connected to the other. That is a LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Tank, we use it here because it is less than half the price of Gasoline. So, I don't know what kind of connection can be done to the other deposit, I was merely showing you can fit one 85L (22.5Gallon) deposit under there.

Would you happen to have any better pics? The one above is a bit dark and difficult to see.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, Liquid propane gas. Do you live in the USA? I've never seen an H2 from the USA with an LPG system installed.. We use it a lot in Europe on cars that have low mileage, like hummers, dodge rams etc.
