Default Diagnostic plug problem

Ok so I bought a used 2006 H2 when I went to pull the codes nothing would happen my reader would not even turn on. So I got under the dash and saw that the wires were pulled. I have a red, black, brown wire disconected. I tried looking for a wire diagram but could not find one that included the plug. Can someone please tell me how to connect the wires back to were they belong so I can pull some codes.

Thanks in advance

Let me know if this helps. I shot it so you could see the color of the wires coming out of the back of the plug.
