Go with Line-X, I just did my rock sliders/side steps & grill guard.
Once my Deuce comes back from the paint shop I am getting both the front & rear bumpers done (including the plastic parts) including the black side moldings.

Line-X is incredible stuff.

Thats pretty much everything I want done too...

I had my rock sliders, side steps & grill gaurd done in the Line X premium so it doesn't fade for $450. (Think std was $375) Plus a $100 for sandblasting it all.

Shop around between the Line X dealers in your area because the one close to me was completely smoking crack they wanted $500 alone for the grill gaurd!

Like I mentioned before once it returns from the body shop I am getting my bumpers and side trim done, I was quoted aprox $700. But they will remove it all so they can do front and back, if not the owner assures me it will eventually peel.

$.02

Good idea. There are 4 around the Nashville area. I think starting out im just gonna do the grill, front and rear guards, mirrors, and hood. Save everything else for later, thats already black.

One of the guys did all his rear interior trim in it on both sides to strengthen the plastic for no squeaks, creaks or cracks. I desperately want to do have my bumpers and fender flares done!

I was even going to have the factory rims done, but the Line X dealer advised against it cause of the weight it adds. They told me they had done it before and received reports they couldn't get the wheels to balance

Yeah id stay away from plasti dip. This is a Hummer and not some cheap Honda so why not spend some cash and do it right? I had all my chrome stripped and painted at a good bodyshop. It looks great and has held up perfectly fine. With plasti dip that will not be the case as it will come off over time. I'd either have in painted at a bodyshop or have it line Xed. Just my thoughts.

got a quote for the brush guard and grill,250 each and the side mirrors, the guy said 30 each. plus 100 on top if I wanted the premium... Still cheaper than buying all new black stuff to replace everything that is chrome.
