Default Chrome door buckets

Ok a set of Billet chrome door buckets for my H2. Found the thread about removing the door panels no problem there. Once inside I noticed that the original buckets have three studs coming out the back that are used to bolt through the door. Also see that the original handel is rivited to the bucket, My billet chrome buckets have 3 threaded holes for studs. Does anyone know if the studs while come out of the original buckets or do I need to find new ones. Also is there a way to use the original handles? Has anyone tackled these issues?

The O.E.M handle stud is molded into the plastic.Besides all the aftermarket handles
that I have seen come with replacement studs.
