Default Adding extra A/C Vent/Blower

Hello all

I have 04 and as all u guys know it only have 6 blower. 4 at the front and 2 at the rear passenger. Mainly my goal is to add extra cooling to passenger seat area especially the 3rd row. ItS 9 months of summer here in DXB (45-48 degC) so I think it will be a usefull mod to me

Any ideas guys?

my 08 have overhead vents on 2nd and 3rd row seating, maybe you should look into modding yours if you don't have it.

You will probably need a blower motor with more capacity if you do that. I don't see how it can be done without a bunch of work.

planning to fix it on passenger roof lining area. I guess those fan is not heavy so mounting on the lining should be no problem.

It's going to need to be mounted in the hard plastic. I don't think the headliner only will hold it.

Finally install the two set of the portable fan. 1 in the middle passenger site and 1 on the 3rd row. I mount it direct to the headliner. Thanks to the weight of those fan,it is pretty lightweight. Hardwired it to roomlight power source.
My kids is really happy now.
