2003 H2 hood vent

I noticed today that my hoodvent around where the handles to open it has cracked is there a cheap place 2 get a replacement? I checked all I find are chrome ones and this 1 is black.

I've rarely heard the words "cheap" and "hummer" used in the same sentence like that...is that legal?
