Default 2003 h2 blower motor replacement

I've got a 2003 h2 with a noisy blower motor what is the best way to remove/replace this ?

Squirrel or mouse probably found a good place to store food.

Passenger side under dash, can't miss it. I had 15' of rope inside the fan cage plus all my missing hood insulation.
