oh hell i killed my pc years ago,i drive 68 miles out of town to various libraries just to keep in touch,there not gettin me!

 

This really is a violation of the perception of privacy.

I love the service. It got police and an ambulance to my family when no one else could as they were hit right on the border of 2 towns in LA.

They were able to get emergency vehicles when my 2006 was hit and totaled.

To hear that my speed, my location, my daily habits are accessible to the government or local police or even insurance companies is an absolute breach. I am paying them for a service and expect to solely benefit from this service.

Not even clear what we can do, at least those who want this service.

I was just about to purchase OnStar FMV for a non-GM car and no way am I doing so now with this information.

GM is so freaking stupid. They create a world class service then turn around and destroy it overnight.

Will be contacting them over the next few days and look into canceling my service if they are truly going to stand by this and then look into how to de-onstar my H3.

Really sucks GM, really sucks.
