first,,,i have NEVER DONE THE JOB!
I HAVE READ ABOUT IT IN THE FULL MANUAL YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FOR 15 BUCKS.
oops,,,they say u can put a big wrench on the big fan nut and bump the wrench with a hammer to loosen,,,tighten it
anytime im messing around the rad i put a piece of cardboard,,? in to prevent punching holes,,getting inti bigger job!!

You can easily remove the radiator the ac condenser is only bolted on to the sides the radiator actually sits in a cradle that the ac cooler is bolted to and the trany lines just have quick clips in them and as long as you raise them up when you disconnect them they won't leak ,that gives you more room because the clutch fan is a bitch even with the proper tools
