Farewell friends
Sadly I woke up a couple days ago to find my H2 had been stolen from in front of my home.
Now I am being told it was stripped and parted overnight and is being handled as a total loss.
I suppose I'll focus some time on an 85 bronco I've had since it was nearly new and see if I can make a desert rat out of it.
RIP old friend

P.S. the h3 is gone too, the wife traded it for a lincoln mkc...

Finally after 22 days the H2 was recovered.
Unfortunately thrashed beyond understanding, stripped of anything of value e.g. gobi rack, winch, brush guard, etc inside and out it was being driven around as what we call here a "Crack rental". They even swapped wheels and tires out with some that were used and not rated for it.
only the drivers seat remained, headliner and dash were gone. They went so far as to remove engine performance mods, to include the CAI and got mud water and debris down the intake. It was running on 7 cylinders. ...which ironically was what drew the attention of the albuquerque police.
Long story short, USAA my insurance carrier totalled it. And the day before we settled the process it was stolen again from the salvage yard and wrecked even more, destroying any chance I had of restoring it.
A word of advice, if you own an H2 make sure you buy a stated value rider policy. They cashed mine out for 16k.. it would have cost 40k to repair or replace it. And I provided all documentation

Stated value rider policy and agreed value is the best way to protect your investment you are paying extra to insure all of the extra parts / time and work most times you need to get it apprised, And as time go you should get it reappraised every couple of years with new picture's
