I did exactally the same thing to my wife's 2008 Alpha. The unit was an Eclipse from an H2. Got a kit from Crutchfield, along with some tech help. It was pretty simple. The adapter plugs right in, gives you all the connections you need. GPS antenna looks great on the dash, middle, by windshield with ready made access for the wire to run down. The Sirius antenna mounts next to the plastic rail, and runs down, almost unseen, thru the door opening. The kit has the bezel you need to fit the unit in the dash, too. Took like 4 hours. Hardest part was the backup camera wire going to the rear.

The eclipse is not a factory head unit, though - it's meant to go in different vehicles.
The H2 unit can be done w/ some tweaking and wiring, though, most likely wont be as simple as the eclipse unit.
