Winch for the H3

I've been shopping around for a winch for the H3 but would like input from others who have done it.  Right now I'm leaning towards the hidden, between the rails winch from Predator but don't like the fact that it doesn't have a roller fairlead.  Other winches that sit in front of the grille seem to block air flow and lower approach angles.  If there's anything I don't need in Florida is blocked airflow!  Any photos of your rig with winch would be helpful.

Boulder Accessories has an awesome bumper/winch/brushguard combo setup you can buy through your Hummer dealer that works great and does not mess up your approach angle. Also, it comes with the same warranty as the truck if you have the dealer install it. I will be adding it to my Alpha later this year.
