A little off subject but I couldn't help but notice your lawn...up here in the midwest with all the lakes and stuff, we discovered this thing for grass. We call it water...it comes out of these little things...I think they are called sprinklers. its pretty cool really you should check it out
hehe..jk...nice ride though. i like the plate! Very bling.
Ghostrider....
His lawn is green in the first pic. If you notice the other pics there are not leaves on the trees...maybe they were taken during the winter!

Dennis -
Is that your neighbors Red H2 SUT? Does he take his off road?

Thanks Guys...I am surprised at the compliments, Mucho appreciated...But I stopped at this point not to become gawdy...Should have posted sooner again.
The lawn..We have bermuda grass that goes dormant in the winter only theing that grows well in our hot dry summers..Most these pictures were taken in January...The first picture was the one I test driven in the fall of 05, not really mine, but
was the drive that hooked me, anyways, so the grass was still green then..
The neighbor across the way has his SUT blinged to the max...When he comes home at night, it's like a freaking airliner landing with all the lights...And no..including his Viper and AMG Mercedes..he keeps them solely on the asphalt..

Dennis, very nice! I was thinking of buying a set of those chrome running light bezels but on my H3, the lights are not centered in the bumper. How do they attach to the lens or do they just set in the bumper? I am assuming that they stay in place with 3M tape.
I'm sorry, I forgot to address your question
They are scalloped to follow the conture of the bumper..And yes, they have that 3M tape adhesive, so you can freely center them up with the bumper hole...I myself think they make the front end
Now I'm looking for a set of chrome curb feelers...Then we be happinen
Sorry for the late reply but we are 9 times zones away.
I don't know how to post pictures on this forum can you explain the process ?
I did not knew that they where installing this type of grille (?) in the front of the X model.
I thought it was only for the R (xjr, S type R model) the X type does'nt exist here in R version.
nice house, nice cars, nice area.
nice car, but tell me....
you do like chrome don't you?

It's an option based on this;
Jaguar North America unveiled a dramatic ‘Racing Concept’ version of its all-wheel-drive X-Type at the 2002 Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association (SEMA) annual trade show. The bold, race-inspired concept has been developed to test the potential of Jaguar’s X-TYPE sports sedan as a ‘project car’ for the enthusiast market, as well as continuing to explore options for Jaguar racing in North America.
With design inspiration taken from Trans-Am and the European DTM race series, the X-Type Racing Concept was built by Rocketsports Racing at its Lansing, Michigan shop using a 3.0-liter V6 all-wheel drive Jaguar X-TYPE as a donor vehicle.

The reason I asked about the way they are attached is that I was first looking at these by Defenderworx:
They seem to look as if they attach around the fog lights? I see, looking closer at your bezels, they look like they attach to the front of the lens on the fog light. I like the way yours look as compaired to Defenderworx model. Yes, they do add the final touch to the front end. I want a little Blig myself but don't want to over do it!

Yours has the right touch, very nice!!!
Oh yeah, sorry for changing the topic of this thread, my apologies.....

Yes..They stick right to the lens of the Fog Lamps....Whats the price on those you're looking at? (I'm too lazy to go look myself)
Hell of a car!!
where do they explain to post pics on this forum!
I intend to go off roading this coming week end, we decided to compete with some friends who are REALLY bothering me about my HUMMER capabilities.
so the deal is H3 vs Range rover sport (4.4 liter supercharged ooops!) and H3 vs MB ml 320 cdi (new model diesel).
we are going to the french alpes so it will be mud and possibly some snow....
I am not very much concerned about the MB but the Range ....
if anyone here want to give me some good advices please go ahead!
I will let you know the results

Do you have the Adventure package? Make sure to air down.

Dennis, they list for $119.95.
bonsoir,
No, I haven't got the adventure package, its lux pack. + auto. gearbox and standard goodyear 265/75-16.
don't forget that both the RR and the MB have totally useless tires for off road (275/55-20 Michelin for the RR and 255/60/-20 Michelin for the MB) and I have 9.1 ground clearance not them.. by far.
thanks a lot, pal!
its just because I am having 5 dictionnaries by my side!!!

Jmm, to post pictures, look below the window where you type your message and in blue you will see, "Click here to upload!" Just click on that, and you will be directed to browse your computer for the picture you want to post. After you have selected the pic(s), click ok and if they aren't too big, that window will close and you will be back to the message window. Click in the little box next to "Embed picture in post" to put the picture into the post so people see it right away without having to open it as an attachment.
Also, in your thread about changing the temp to C, I sent directions on how to do that. I know Dennis sent you directions here too, but what I sent may be more clear about the steps required. I tried it on mine before sending the thread, so it should work, or like you believe, yours could be different/messd up.

You'll do fine with those tires. Air down to 18-22 psi.

Oh, one more thing. Make sure there's a place near by to air up before you hit back the highway.
I have to reconsider the size of my photos!!
