wheel offset!?

I know this has subject has been on the board a million times, but I can't find my answer.
 
Can I run 20 inch wheels with a +15 offset with 35x12.50 tires without any rubbing or problems??
 
Any help would be very cool.

whats the backspacing?   the answer is yes they will stick out 2+ "more than stock

20x8.5 wheel with a positive 15mm offset

I'e got a 20" x +14mm offset. Works fine with no rubbing, but with a 305/55R20 ( basically a 34" x 12" wide). Don't think an extra inch would be an issue. It will stck out for sure though.
