exactly, at that point I started turning off the gas so there was no heat, and then followed by the water. I kept getting calls and then I said when u pay the rent u wil get everything will be turned on. Yes I could get sued but who cares I said I am willing to take that risk over 11k ha.

I own 3 homes and I wouldn't rent any out, no way, everyone tells me to make some money on the 2 I don't "live" in but I wouldn't take the chance, I don't need more income and it will only raise my taxes anyway. I use the houses on occassion so I'm leaving well enough alone.  

I dont let one bad situation spoil the rest...

Ok I had started an internet advertising company that grew from the ground up to around 1300 employees. I sold it and made out. Then I started a limo company and its grown to one of the largest exotic limo companies in Ohio and PA. We got 4 hummer limos that seat up to 25 people (2 new ones coming with gullwing doors on the back and lighted dance floors) - www.FirstClassLimos.net  :)  I'm also pretty big into stocks and still some good money making internet stuff on the side  :)  My parents are just regular people, my dad worked at a grocery store for about 30 years.

Bet those limos could tell some stories.

We have got some ballers on this site!!  I am 25 and thought i was doing well by touching the $100K mark this year.  I guess I've got a lot of learning to do on how to make "Real" money.

24 years old and pull in between 500k-650k a year flipping properties in real estate, dont get excited I spend it and put it all back in to other properties so its like I keep 150k a year....
