Its probably to make it sound more professional on the mortgage applications so they can buy a home on a state income deal lol.

I had the biggest crush on my kindergarten teacher. She was great. Matter of fact all my teachers were great until I hit junior high school. Welcome to the forum.

I was a plumber/pipefitter/welder for 20 years before retiring twenty years ago at the age of 41 due to injuries incurred while vacationing with the US Army in Southeast Asia back in the sixties.

Actually I had a chance to go back to that not so wonderful vacation spot but decided to go to Disney World instead. I had a much better time in Florida and I came home in one piece!

Me?  Just your garden variety city fireman (IAFF 4173)
Did my time in the Navy (5 years) and Army (5years) until the Army rearranged my shoulder 2 years ago in OIF. 
Also a Certified FL Forest Fire Fighter which I love more than structural jobs.
