Wharton State Forest - 9/1/2007 - Mud Run

SO..... Labor day weekend and we get Trey to take out his still brand new H3 (1200 miles) and we gather up my Suzuki friends.... and we have a blast.

Reminds me of my old mud running days.....Sometimes I miss having a dedicated "Big Iron" trail rig.

There may or may not be pictures out there of me stuck this weekend....  it may or may not have been nasty.  It may have taken two vehicles with winches anchored to trees to get me out.....
 
if the pictures never show up.... then it never happened.....
 

Oh it happened alright, Muddy got stuck and a Jeep had to pull him out.  I tried to pull him out but my H3 wasn't heavy enough with just a tow strap on it.  Great time, if your ever in South Jersey your all welcome to come join us.  

Trey may or may not have gotten stuck this weekend also....

Its ok, I was going to put them on this site.

might as well....  I'm not ashamed that the 5 jeeps talking **** couldn't make it through.... I'm also not ashamed that it took two 9500lb winches to unlodge me.... at least the jeep guy that broke his winch yanking me out admitted that he got burried 3 times in the same hole....
 
BTW.... I am .333 on that hole.... 2 winch outs....1 drive through.....

I wounder if you will make it the next time.

I think he'll take the bypass next time.  I'm going thru it, I won't get "high-centered"....lol.

depends on the co-pilot.... she got pissed when I got stuck.....

Just put the hammer down. Then after you stuck look at her and say did you say something. 

You better put a honey at the end of that. I have no room for you and your stuff.
