I need to trailor my Jeep Wrangler to my buddys shop for some repairs. Not sure what the combined weight of a car trailor (u-haul style) and the Jeep would be. Do you guys think it will be ok or will I be pushing the limits of my H3?

A little more research shows the trailer is 2,000 lbs and the Jeep is 3,092 lbs so it would be to much on the lil H3 to make the tow :( Damn having to rent a truck too.

You can tow that if you have the automatic and not the stick. It'll be fine.

I just towed a 69 vw with a dolly and things were good till I was on 80 headed west about 100 miles from WY. I started to climb in elevation and there was HUGE wind gusts and I started to average about 120 miles to a tank. Just like driving an H2 I guess. But over all I pulled the bug 1000 miles with no issues

Even if its 600 lbs over the 4500 lb max? I do have the Auto
Also does anyone know the weight of a car trailer? Its hard to believe a Uhaul trailer weights 2,000 lbs with no car on it.
