to all the speaker experts

i haven't heard these particular speakers, but based on your login name, i would assume you're planning on putting these in an H1. personally, i think the main point of most car audio systems should be volume, since you're never going to get the image quality you would get from a well built home system. if they're loud, can do a decent job reproducing your music, and you like the sound, get 'em. but unless you're planning on putting your sound system into competition, $750 for a pair of speakers seems a bit high. i'd recommend finding a place that carries them if you can, and listen to them against some of the other speakers they have. take your own cd, so you're comparing apples to apples, not listening to what the salesman knows sounds good through each one.
